With the holiday, trash collection will be changed in the City of Sheboygan this week.
The city has announced that there will be no trash collection today (May 26th) on Memorial Day.
Locations regularly scheduled for their items to be picked up on Mondays will have theirs collected tomorrow (May 27th).
Each subsequent day will follow the same pattern, with Tuesday’s collection being performed on Wednesday, and so on, with Friday sites to be collected by city workers on Saturday (May 31st).
Additionally, the Department of Public Works has announced that the Sheboygan Recycling Center will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day as well.
It will again resume operations at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow and follow regular business hours throughout the remainder of the week.
