
The Big East Conference has released its 2025 South Division All-Conference Softball Selections.
Random Lake senior infielder Madelyn Abler leads the first team and was unanimously selected as Player of the Year.
Abler led the South Division champion Rams with a whopping .617 batting average, six home runs, and 38 runs batted in.
Abler also leads Random Lake with 62 total bases and has an OPS (ON BASE PLUS SLUGGING) of 1.986.
Joining her on the first team are teammates sophomore pitcher Danika Eberhardt and junior infielder Alivia Stefanich.
Other first-team selections include seniors Morgan DenBoer and Samantha Navis of Oostburg, freshmen Maddison Teunissen of Howards Grove, and Sheboygan Lutheran sophomore Courtney Kaiser.
Second Team selections include junior Laila Sanders and sophomores Ava Daggett and Lily Klein of Random Lake, sophomores Alexia Hendrickson and Calla Nickel of Howards Grove, and senior Gretta Rick of Sheboygan Lutheran.
Hendrickson was the only player selected for two different positions. In addition to the second-team infield honors, she was granted honorable mention recognition for her work as a catcher.
Tiger teammate freshman pitcher Macey Schueler was also voted honorable mention.
Others selected include junior Lily Groth and sophomore London Rulli of Cedar Grove-Belgium, junior Emmalee TenHaken of Oostburg, and senior Gabriella Fredricks of Sheboygan Lutheran.
