A staple of the Two Rivers community is celebrating a major milestone this weekend.
The Washington House will hold its grand reopening event tomorrow (May 24th) from noon to 6:00 p.m.
This grand reopening will also mark 175 years of operation in Two Rivers.
At the event, those in attendance will have the chance to enjoy live musical performances from the likes of Cheryl Bauer, Amy Potthoff, and Norm Bertschy.
Bermer’s Ice Cream Parlor, located within the Washington House, will also reopen for business and feature single-dipped ice cream cones for $1.75 in honor of the 175-year celebration.
Recent updates to the museum can also be viewed this weekend or at any time during regular hours at the Washington House during the season which will close on October 31st.
