A Manitowoc Lincoln track and field star continues to add to her historic legacy.
Tessa Campbell and the rest of her Ships teammates competed at the FRCC Conference Meet, where she not only received 1st Team All Conference Honors in the 200 and 400 meter dash events, but she also broke the conference record in the 400 with a time of 56.41.
Her 24.99 in the 200 was also a personal best.
Campbell capped off her impressive day with another 1st place finish, this time alongside Calla Eichmann, Breanna Jansky, and Khloe Jalbert in the 4×400 meter relay.
Her historic day on the track helped propel her to be named the 2025 FRCC Track Athlete of the Year, the second time she has received this honor.
Teammate Hallie Schroeter was named 2nd Team All-Conference in the 300 hurdles and was Honorable Mention in the 100 hurdles.
The Ships’ 4×800 relay team of Norah Free, Ava Bierman, Breanna Jansky, and Addison Jalbert also earned honorable mention as the team finished 6th.
The boys’ squad finished 8th, with the lone all-conference honor going to Landon Zick, who earned second-team honors in the long jump.
