Joshua J. Meinholz, 42, Baraboo, cause a child 13-18 to view sexual activity on 4/26/24, Guilty plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Psychosexual evaluation and follow through; 3) Comply with the requirements of the Sex Offender Registry; 4) No contact with anyone under the age of 18 without prior agent approval; 5) No possession or use of any internet enabled devices without prior agent approval; 6) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination; 7) Ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing by July 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. 8) Ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 9) Provide DNA sample; 10) Pay court costs; 11) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The court will find the defendant eligible for early termination from probation if the agent feels it is appropriate.
