Newly released footage shows the incident that led to the arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan.
She is accused of obstructing ICE agents by allegedly aiding a Mexican national in avoiding detention.
The video captures Dugan speaking with the agents as the individual leaves the courtroom and exits the building.
She has been charged with obstructing a federal investigation and has entered a not guilty plea.
