
The Sheboygan Police Department has new officers joining its ranks.
The department has announced that Stuart Wollangk, Aiden Glasheen, Austin Teunissen, and Noah Ludwig have completed the 720-hour recruit academy and were officially sworn in last week.
Officer Wollangk completed his training at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, while Officers Glasheen, Teunissen, and Ludwig graduated from Appleton’s Fox Valley Technical College.
All four of the new officers excelled during their training,g with Ludwig being selected as Class President by his peers.
At the swearing-in ceremony, friends and family of the new officers were in attendance, as well as community leaders, to show their support.
In the department’s announcement, they said, “We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments so far and look forward to the positive impact they will bring to our department and the Sheboygan community.”
Each of the newly sworn-in officers pledged to uphold the Sheboygan Police Department’s core values of integrity, teamwork, leadership, competence, accountability, and professionalism.
