A 16-year-old in Racine has been charged with homicide following the accidental shooting of his 11-year-old brother.
Prosecutors say a relative heard a gunshot and found the teen holding a firearm and the younger boy critically injured.
The victim later died at the hospital.
Family members say the brothers had a close relationship.
