A West Bend man previously registered as a sex offender has accepted a plea deal related to new charges filed last year.
Prosecutors say 45-year-old Nicholas Mistrioty used a false identity to work with children, violating his status as a sex offender.
He has pleaded guilty to three of five charges and is scheduled for sentencing in August.
