A Manitowoc woman was arrested following an early Monday morning disturbance.
Officers were called to the 1400 block of Clark Street at 2:30 this morning (May 19th) to investigate a disorderly conduct complaint.
The caller claimed a woman was pounding on her door, claiming the victim was hiding her boyfriend.
The suspect’s vehicle was seen running outside of the residence, and she admitted to drinking at a bar prior to going to the residence.
When asked how she got there, the suspect claimed to have walked and had no explanation as to why her vehicle was there and running.
After undergoing a field sobriety test and an evidentiary blood draw, she admitted to “drinking a lot” and that she had driven to the home.
The 28-year-old woman was taken into custody on her 4th OWI, and was also cited for Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device.
