
A Manitowoc man was arrested in Winnebago County for a 5th OWI charge.
A Wisconsin State Trooper made a traffic stop on Saturday (May 17th) at 11:23 pm on Highway 10 and Racine Road for a speeding vehicle.
The trooper found 41-year-old Nicholas Roedell in the driver’s seat and saw signs of him being impaired.
After a field sobriety test, Roedell was taken into custody and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, a 5th offense.
WSP said that the trooper found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 41-year-old car.
Roedell was later taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
