The Manitowoc Lincoln boys golf team proved they are the best team in the County at Meadow Links Golf Course.
The Ships tallied a score of 329, while runner-up Kiel tallied 336 as a team. Mishicot was third at 350, followed by Valders, Roncalli, Two Rivers, and Reedsville.
The Ships’ Drew Dombrowski was dominant on the course, scoring a 1 over par 71, which was eight strokes better than the runners-up, Karson Kowalski of Mishicot and Kiel’s Brady Ramminger.
In fact, Dombrowski scored par on each of the first 9 holes and entered hole 16 with a 1 under par.
However, 5 strokes on a par three-hole 16 brought him back above par, where he stayed the rest of the round.
Kiel’s Sawyer Moore was 4th with a round of 82, followed by Manitowoc Lincoln’s Tyee Seal.
Valders’ top performer was Gunner Winginton, who finished 7th, while Roncalli’s John Vadney was 9th, Two Rivers’ Ben Klein finished 17th, and Grady Resch of Reedsville was 25th.
