Manitowoc County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer says that the window and HVAC project at the Manitowoc County Courthouse is still going well.
The HVAC replacement project is almost done, but the windows are still being replaced around the building.
Ziegelbauer says the new windows are the size they are supposed to be when the courthouse was built.
The last time the windows were replaced, they were smaller than they were supposed to be.
There has also been construction happening in the courtrooms themselves.
Ziegelbauer says phase one of the project should be completed by September.
