The Sheboygan Falls boys golf team has claimed the Eastern Wisconsin Conference title.
In the EWC Championships, held at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms in Sheboygan Falls yesterday (May 15th), the Falcons tallied a score of 355, twelve strokes better than runner-up Kiel and 38 strokes better than Brillion.
New Holstein finished 4th, followed by Two Rivers, Chilton/Hilbert, Roncalli, and Valders.
Tre Kettle of Sheboygan Falls was dominant on the course, ending the round with a 6 over par, while Kiel’s Brady Ramminger was second with a 13 over par, and Brillion’s Ethan Fischer was 3rd with a 16 over.
Those three golfers were also named to the 1st team all-conference squad, as did fellow Falcon Alex Ballantine and Kyle Lisowe of New Holstein.
The 2nd team at all-conference team is comprised of Evan Grasse of Chilton, Sawyer Moore and Conner Kamp of Kiel, Sam Bast from Sheboygan Falls, and Dominic Paulow of Brillion.
Earner honorable mention status were Cameron Jashcob of Kiel, Adam Bunnel from Chilton, Roncalli’s Brayden Hofmeyer, Brennan Higgins of Sheboygan Falls, and Parker Spierings from Brillion.
