The Mishicot Indians softball concludes the home portion of their regular season schedule this afternoon when they host the Reedsville Panthers.
The Indians defeated St. Mary Catholic 14 to 1 on Tuesday to win their seventh consecutive Big East-North Division title.
They welcome a very good Panther team to town as they are 7 -2 in league, two games behind the Indians in the league standings, this afternoon.
Mishicot defeated Reedsville 10-0 in Reedsville on Monday.
The first pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m.
Other games include Two Rivers, looking for their 16th win of the season, hosting New Holstein, Manitowoc Lincoln heads to De Pere, Roncalli is on the road to battle Kiel, Manitowoc Lutheran hosts St. Mary Catholic, Valders, also in search of win number 16, entertains Chilton, Brillion heads to Sheboygan Falls/Kohler, Oostburg hosts Sheboygan South, Notre Dame is at Sheboygan North, Cedar Grove-Belgium welcomes Sheboygan Lutheran/ Christian, Random Lake travels to Howards Grove, and Hilbert hosts Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, Denmark is at Fox Valley Lutheran and Luxemburg Casco hosts Kewaunee.
There are three doubleheaders on the docket as Green Bay West/East hosts New London, West De Pere entertains Shawano, and Green Bay NEW Lutheran/ Providence Academy travels to Gibraltar/ Washington Island.
Other games include Bayport at Green Bay Southwest, Pulaski hosts Ashwaubenon, undefeated Kaukauna hosts Neenah, and Sturgeon Bay heads to Sevastopol.
The girls’ soccer slate features a battle of the top two teams in Division Four squaring off in Appleton as top-ranked Xavier hosts second-ranked Howards Grove.
Other matches have Manitowoc Lincoln hosting Sheboygan South at Horace Mann Middle School, Roncalli/Two Rivers is at Sheboygan Falls, Kiel has a five-minute bus ride to New Holstein, undefeated Cedar Grove-Belgium hosts Sheboygan Lutheran/ Christian, Sheboygan North is at Ashwaubenon, Kohler hosts Stevens Point, and state ranked Ozaukee/Random Lake plays at West Bend East/West.
Notre Dame heads to Green Bay Southwest, Green Bay Preble hosts Pulaski, Bayport is at De Pere, Wrightstown is home for Denmark, Luxemburg-Casco entertains Seymour, Shawano visits Green Bay West, Providence Academy/Green Bay NEW Lutheran is at Sturgeon Bay, and St. Mary Catholic hosts Waupun.
