A local coffee spot and area law enforcement agencies are coming together to raise money to help those in need.
The Cop on a Rooftop fundraiser will take place tomorrow (May 16th) from 6:00 a.m. to noon at Dunkin’ Donuts on Calumet Avenue.
This annual fundraiser will have officers from the Manitowoc Police Department and Deputies from the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office on hand, raising money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run in support of the Special Olympics.
Volunteers and athletes who compete in the Special Olympics will also be present to greet everyone who stops by.
Law enforcement employees will be accepting donations and handing out Dunkin’ coupons as a token of their appreciation.
Anyone interested in supporting the Special Olympics is encouraged to stop by and help anyway they can.
Manitowoc’s Dunkin Donuts is located at 3506 Calumet Avenue.
