Six area museums are allowing members to get in for free.
It’s part of the “Museum Swap Weekend” that starts today (May 15th) and goes until this Sunday (May 18th).
Members of the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, Manitowoc County Historical Society, Hamilton Wood-Type and Printing Museum, Rahr-West Art Museum, and Woodland Dunes Nature Center will be able to experience each place free of charge.
Visitors just have to show their membership card for walk-up admission at the participating museums and will get in free for the day.
People with family memberships have to show one card per family member.
The “Member Swap Weekend” also encourages others to become a member of an area museum to see what benefits they provide.
More information about the weekend can be found at manitowoccountyhistory.org/programs/member-swap.
