A federal indictment has been issued against Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan, who is accused of helping a man avoid arrest by immigration authorities.
The charges include obstruction and concealing a person from federal custody.
Authorities allege Dugan interfered with an ICE task force at the courthouse, insisting agents needed a judicial warrant, and later directed the man to exit via a restricted door while suggesting he appear remotely for future hearings.
She is scheduled for a court appearance on Thursday.
