
A Manitowoc man will be spending some time in prison in a drug delivery case.
35-year-old Thomas James Bellmer was ordered by Judge Anthony Lambrecht to spend three years in prison and three years on extended supervision after being found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Possession of Designer Drugs with Intent to Deliver and Felony Bail Jumping.
Additional charges of Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping were dismissed but read into the record.
Bellmer was given 39 days’ credit for time served.
As a part of his sentencing, he was also ordered to undergo treatment and counseling, maintain absolute sobriety, submit to random urine screens, and maintain full-time employment, schooling, or a combination of the two.
