COUNT 2 – The defendant is sentenced to forty-two (42) months in the Wisconsin State Prison System. Eighteen (18) months initial confinement followed by twenty-four (24) months extended supervision concurrent with count 1. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence with no further law violations.
