Twenty-eight (28) months initial confinement followed by thirty-six (36) months extended supervision consecutive to Brown County case nos. 22CF365 and 24CF381. COUNT 2 – The defendant is sentenced to forty-two (42) months in the Wisconsin State Prison System. Eighteen (18) months initial confinement followed by twenty-four (24) months extended supervision concurrent with count 1. Conditions of extended supervision: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) No contact with Devontay Thomas; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an mount to be determined by DOC; 7) Submit to a DNA sample. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) No contact with L.G.; 3) Thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 4) Pay restitution in the amount of $2180 to the victim, L.G., joint and several with the co-defendant Sage Larock (24CM348); 5) Provide DNA sample; 6) Pay court costs; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence with no further law violations. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and that society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
