The Kiel boys and girls track teams both fared well at the Seymour Thunder Invite.
The boys tallied 158 points, good for second behind Hortonville, while the girls’ 151 points also landed them behind Hortonville for second place out of six schools.
The Raider boys only secured one first-place finish, and that was in the pole vault, where Logan Perl, William McDole, and Carter Perl swept the podium.
The boys did secure five additional silver medals as well.
As for the girls, it was a big day for Maddison McDole, who won the 300 hurdles, the high jump, and was a part of the winning 4×200 relay team alongside Jayda Arenz, Aubrie Fromm, and Carolyn Riesterer.
The girls also had four second-place finishes in the meet. Both teams will be back in action tomorrow (May 13th) as they host Manitowoc Lincoln, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mishicot, Reedsville, Roncalli, Two Rivers, and Valders.
