The Chamber of Manitowoc County is ready for National Employee Health Day.
There are many ways to participate, including going to the Wellness Center at HFM Harbor Town Campus, the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA, the Lighthouse Walk, and Woodland Dunes Nature Center for their free offerings throughout May 21st.
Some prizes can be won, with the grand prize being an autographed Jordan Love jersey.
To be entered to win, make sure your name is on your company’s participant tracking form sheet, or a signup sheet at one of the participating organizations, or share a photo of yourself doing a fitness activity with the hashtag: #rockyourwellnessmanitowoccounty on Facebook or tag The Chamber’s Facebook Page @TheChamberofManitowocCounty.
