Police are alerting the public that a sex offender will be residing in the City of Sheboygan.
The Sheboygan Police Department has stated that 60-year-old Patrick Miech has finished his sentencing and will live in the 900 block of Michigan Avenue near Downtown Sheboygan, starting on May 18th.
Miech was sentenced to spend three years in prison, followed by two years on extended supervision in 2022 after pleading guilty to Exposing a Child to Harmful Material.
As part of that extended supervision, the 60-year-old will be under 24-hour electronic monitoring, and he is not to have any contact with anyone under the age of 18.
He is also prohibited from ingesting any illegal substances and will be registered as a sex offender for life.
Sheboygan Police are ensuring residents that Miech has already been convicted and served his sentence, and are releasing this information to enhance public safety, awareness, and protection.
