A Columbus, Ohio police officer involved in a July shooting during the Republican National Convention has been cleared of wrongdoing.
The Milwaukee District Attorney ruled that the officer’s use of deadly force was justified under Wisconsin law.
The shooting happened near King Park when the officer intervened as a suspect with a knife attacked another individual.
No further legal action will be taken in the case.
