The Manitowoc teen who was arrested twice last week is free on bond.
17-year-old Jhonathen J. Lee was given a $50 cash bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Obstructing and two counts each of Misdemeanor and Felony Bail Jumping.
Lee was first arrested on the evening of Sunday, April 27th, after marijuana was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
Then, early Friday morning, he was again pulled over, but that time he fled from police.
No additional conditions were attached to his bond.
