
There are three meetings today (May 5th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Committee on Aging will gather (gathered) in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 a.m., where they will review their usual monthly reports and hear input from the public.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will convene in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will get the latest on several ongoing projects.
They will also get updates on the emergency response plan and shoreline improvement and protection grant before discussing the assessment policy.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will meet in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
After City Manager Greg Buckley declares May as Poppy Month and May 23rd as Poppy Day alongside members of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 165, the Council will award a bid for the 2025 sanitary sewer lining project to Visu-Sewer out of Pewaukee.
