A Milwaukee mother says her daughter was drugged and trafficked after going missing from a local inpatient mental health facility.
Olivia Hanson, who had been missing for two weeks, was returned to Lad Lake St. Rose.
Her mother, Virginia Attaway, is calling for accountability, saying the facility failed to keep her daughter safe.
The center clarified that it is not a locked facility.
Police continue to investigate.
