The Manitowoc County Historical Society is bringing back its popular Library Card Free Day.
Those with a library card for any library in the Manitowoc-Calumet Library System can get into the Pinecrest Historical Village for free on May 24th.
In addition to getting an opportunity to view the entire village, including the newly restored Meeme House, the Historical Society will host a story time in the school house at 12:30 p.m., and there will be a variety of make-and-take activities for youth inside Shadyside School.
The Library Card Free Day, presented in partnership with the Manitowoc Public Library, the Lester Public Library, and the Brillion Public Library, is one of the many opportunities the Historical Society offers with local libraries.
In addition to the Library Card Free Day, guests can also check out passes at the Manitowoc Public Library and the Brillion Public Library to visit on any general admission day.
