
After getting their first loss of the season, the Manitowoc Lincoln Shipbuilders got right back on the winning track, blowing past Sheboygan South 13-3.
The Ships opened the scoring in the 1st when Gabe Eichmann hit a sacrifice fly, which scored a run.
There was also a lot of hitting in the 2nd inning, including a Brett Danielson double, a Brayden Steinbecker single, and another single from Eichmann.
Kameron Braun also added a run for good measure.
Vance Schroeder drew a walk in the bottom of the fifth to score a run before Alex Gill singled to bring another one in.
Tobias Neuser also drew a walk and Zack Brandl grounded out before Danielson drew a walk.
The Ships finished with 11 hits in the game.
Gabe Eichmann earned the win on the mound for Lincoln, surrendering two hits and two runs over four innings while striking out four and walking four.
Lincoln improves to 11-1 overall, 8-1 in the FRCC.
They have a nonconference game on the road tomorrow against the Winneconne Wolves.
