Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan has been placed on administrative leave by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
This follows charges that she obstructed a federal agency and helped an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.
Officials clarified that the suspension is administrative, not disciplinary, and will remain in place as the legal process continues.
