Both people arrested in a drug house late last week are free on bond.
69-year-old Randy P. Rivest was given a $2,500 recognizance bond, while 52-year-old Shannon M. Thalheim was given a $1,500 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa.
Both are facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, while Rivest is also charged with Possession of THC and being the Keeper of a Drug House.
Rivest admitted to police after they executed a search warrant at his home in the 600 block of South 19th Street last week Friday (April 25th), that he ingested methamphetamine with others in the home on a regular basis.
Rivest and Thalheim were both ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and to not possess any controlled substances.
Both are due back in court on May 19th for their initial appearances.
