The Manitowoc teen who recently broke the rules of his bond is once again free on bond.
17-year-old Jhonathen J. Lee was given a $2,000 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa as he faces charges of Possession of THC and two counts each of misdemeanor and felony bail jumping.
Lee was pulled over Sunday evening (April 27th) for a defective headlight and not having a front license plate on his car.
He was found to be driving without a license while in possession of THC, and was subsequently arrested.
Lee currently has four open cases, where he faces charges including Child Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm, Intimidating a Victim to Dissuade Reporting, Operating without a Valid License, Battery, and Possession of THC with Intent to Sell.
As a part of his bond, Lee was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and to not possess any controlled substances.
He is due back in court on May 19th for his initial appearance.
