A social media threat about a school shooting at Menomonie High School has been deemed not credible, police confirmed.
The teenage girl who made the post was taken into custody and told investigators she had no intention or means to carry out the threat.
She may face charges of making terrorist threats and unlawful use of a phone, pending a review by the district attorney.
