A man charged with allegedly stabbing a woman in rural Two Rivers looks to be changing his plea.
Court records show that 63-year-old Calvin Eis has a plea date set for next Monday (May 5th).
Eis originally pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, substantial battery causing harm, strangulation and suffocation, and domestic abuse.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office arrested the Two Rivers man after they found him and a 51-year-old victim in a backyard with multiple stab wounds.
Eis’ wounds were later determined to be self-inflicted.
He remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
