
The Manitowoc Lincoln baseball team is looking to extend its lead in the FRCC Monday afternoon when they travel to De Pere to meet the Redbirds.
The Ships are 7 and 0 in conference and ranked second in Division One, while the Redbirds are just one back in the loss column at 5 and 1.
It’s the first of two meetings between these two teams this season, with the first pitch scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
Other games on the diamond have Manitowoc Lutheran hosting Hilbert, Mishicot welcomes St. Mary Catholic, Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah heads to Reedsville, Howards Grove hosts Ozaukee, Random Lake has a road date with Cedar Grove/Belgium, Sheboygan North is at Ashwaubenon, Sheboygan South is home for Bay Port, and Kohler/Sheboygan Christian entertains Oostburg.
Elsewhere, Green Bay Southwest travels to Pulaski, Green Bay NEW Lutheran/ Providence Academy hosts Kewaunee, West De Pere hosts Menasha, Denmark is home for Luxemburg Casco, Clintonville makes a trip to Wrightstown, Fox Valley Lutheran of Appleton is in Waupaca, Marinette entertains Little Chute, Lourdes Academy/ Valley Christian of Oshkosh is in Fond Du Lac to play St. Mary’s Springs, Fond Du Lac hosts Campbellsport, North Fond Du Lac hits the road for St. Lawrence Seminary, Kewaskum hosts Winnebago Lutheran Academy of Fond Du Lac and New London is in Shawano to play the Hawks.
The state’s top-ranked girls softball team, the Mishicot Indians, begin a home and home series with St. Mary Catholic by hosting the Zephyrs this afternoon.
They are tied with Reedsville atop the Big East North and the first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
Speaking of the Panthers, they are home for Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah. Other games have Manitowoc Lutheran hosting Hilbert, Roncalli Valders, Two Rivers hosts Chilton, Sheboygan Falls/ Kohler travels to Kiel, EWC leading Brillion hosts New Holstein, Denmark entertains Fox Valley Lutheran of Appleton, Luxemburg Casco travels to Oconto Falls, Cedar Grove/Belgium hosts Random Lake, and Plymouth entertains Notre Dame of Green Bay.
Also, Green Bay NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy goes to Green Bay Southwest, Bayport travels to West De Pere, Seymour hosts Green Bay West/East, Appleton North visits Kaukauna, New London is home for Menasha and Shawano welcomes the Xavier Hawks.
In girls’ soccer, Roncalli/Two Rivers is at Valders, New Holstein hosts Sheboygan Falls, Pulaski heads north to Sturgeon Bay and New London hosts Seymour.
In boys’ golf, Valders hosts the third of six EWC mini-meets at Autumn Ridge Golf Course, and there are two co-ed track and field meets today.
One is at Rubick Field in Manitowoc as Lincoln hosts Sheboygan North and Sheboygan South, while St. Mary Catholic hosts a Big East North Division Mini meet at Zephyr Field.
