A Valders-based youth mentorship program is inviting the public to enjoy a Picnic with the Ponies.
Crossfire Ranch is teaming with Sweeny’s Outfitters for their annual picnic, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th at the ranch located at 5912 Nagel Road.
The event features the ever-popular Parade of Ponies, as well as face painting, a balloon artist, a picnic lunch, pony rides, grooming mini horses, a hike to Hope Hill, yard games, craft vendors, and a sale of Sweeny’s Outfitters merchandise.
Tickets are now available at CrossfireRanch.org/events for $8 per person or $25 for a carload, but those prices do increase on the day of the event.
Picnic with the Ponies will run from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. with proceeds going back into the ranch to help support their mission of helping individuals and families creatively address life issues and build healthy relationships with their creator, family, and community.
