The Two Rivers High School Octagon Club is giving the public an opportunity to properly dispose of unwanted electronics and documents.
The Club will be in the parking lot of the J.E. Hamilton Community House on May 17th, where they will shred sensitive documents at no charge.
Each guest is allowed to give up to five grocery bags full of paper for shredding.
Also, electronic items will be collected for disposal. While most items are free to drop off, refrigerators, freezers, and monitors will be a $10 charge, items containing freon will cost $5, and TV’s will be a charge of between $15 and $30 depending on the size.
Lightbulbs, paints, solvents, and medicines will not be accepted. All proceeds from these events will go back into the Octagon Club.
