
The Mishicot baseball team took care of business yesterday (April 24th), knocking off Hilbert 10-3.
The Indians came out swinging, notching 3 runs in the 1st inning and added 6 more in the 4th.
Sawyer Sand and Eli Skarda led the way for Mishicot, each driving in a pair of runs, with Skarda also hitting a triple.
Quin Sand, Seth Rauber, Camden Fick, and Brogan Wasurick also drove in runs for the away team.
On the mound, Nolan Sand struck out 10 batters in his 5 innings of work, and Wasurick closed out the final 2 innings with 3 more strikeouts.
The win improved Mishicot to 4-6, and closed out a two-game losing streak.
Up next is a home-and-away mini-series as they travel to St. Marty Catholic on Monday before hosting the Zephyrs on Thursday.
