A 16-year-old from Milwaukee, Tremonte Kirk, is being charged as an adult in connection with a December 18, 2024, sexual assault involving a grandmother.
Kirk faces five felony counts, including second-degree sexual assault.
He appeared in court for the first time yesterday, with a follow-up hearing scheduled for next month.
