
An area food bank is looking for volunteers to help those in need.
Stamp Out Hunger, the largest single-day food drive in the country, will take place on May 10th and the Sheboygan County Food Bank is looking to find volunteers to aid in the collection of non-perishables.
During Stamp Out Hunger, letter carriers nationwide will be collecting non-perishable food donations while on their mail routes.
In Sheboygan County, pairs of volunteers in their personal vehicles are needed to aid local mail carriers in the collection as the number of donations is expected to be quite high.
Volunteer shifts will last a few hours, with multiple options to choose from during the day.
The Sheboygan County Food Bank will receive donations from Sheboygan, Howards Grove, and Kohler.
