A teenager from Eau Claire County has reached a resolution in a case where he was accused of shooting a BB gun at passing cars.
Dominic Hepperle, who faced four charges stemming from incidents last year when he was 17, has entered into a deferred prosecution agreement.
Under the deal, if he stays out of legal trouble and complies with the terms, the charges will be dismissed.
One person reported minor facial injuries during the incidents.
