All seven counties in our area now boast gas prices below the $3.00 threshold.
Since this time last week, Manitowoc County saw a drop of eight cents per gallon to an average of $2.92, as reported on the AAA Gas Prices website.
Sheboygan County is down four cents to $2.96 per gallon, while Calumet County’s five-cent dip leaves motorists paying an average of $2.92.
Outagamie County is also averaging $2.92 per gallon following a three-cent dip, while Brown County’s average is down two cents to $2.98, and Kewaunee County motorists are paying four cents per gallon less at the pump with an average of $2.95.
Door County is the only area to report an increase, jumping four cents to $2.97.
The state average followed local trends, dipping four cents to $2.97, while the national average remained unchanged at $3.17 per gallon.
