There is only one meeting today (April 22nd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will meet up with the Community Development Authority at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, where they will address the member terms which expire on May 1st.
They will then get the latest on several ongoing economic development projects, including the Violet Inn, Pop-Start Pizza, Taco Bell, and the Sandy Bay Highlands.
The groups will then enter a closed session to consider proposals received from realtors for listing and marketing of lots in the CDA-owned Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision and consider terms for any proposed listing agreement.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Cool City.
