Congressional Art Contest Winner 2024
Voting is now taking place for the annual Congressional Artistic Discovery Competition in Washington D.C.
Sixth District Congressman Glenn Grothman is asking residents to “like” their favorite art piece, with the winner having his or her artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year in an exhibit that features winners from other congressional districts across the U.S.
Voting for the “People’s Choice Award” takes place until tomorrow (April 23rd) at 11:00 am.
Grothman says of the art, “I’m so proud of all the talented young men and women who submitted these beautiful works of art, so make sure to vote for your favorite and share my post with your family and friends!”
More than 650,000 students nationwide have participated in the competition since its inception in 1982.
