Demonstrators gathered outside the Wisconsin State Capitol Saturday as part of a National Day of Action aimed at opposing the Trump administration and supporting local causes.
Organized in part by the Wisconsin Resistance Coalition, the protest highlighted the need to support both area farmers and community members facing hunger.
Participants were encouraged to shop at the Madison farmers market and purchase extra goods for those in need.
