Wisconsin Public Service has issued a few safety reminders to help you enjoy the warmer weather and to get those outdoor projects done.
Those who plan to dig for a project are encouraged to call 811 or visit DiggersHotline.com to ensure there are no wires or pipes in the way.
Going in the other direction, those climbing ladders to prune tree limbs or any other project, WPS encourages you to be aware of the overhead power lines.
In fact, tree trimming near power lines must be done by a certified contractor.
