Organizations in the City and County of Sheboygan are coming together to celebrate Earth Day.
While Earth Day is on April 22nd, the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, Harbor Center Business Improvement District, and others will be holding their Spring Clean Up on Saturday (April 19th), beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The Harbor Centre’s annual clean up aims to beautify and maintain Sheboygan’s Downtown, riverfront, and south pier.
Bags and gloves will be provided to volunteers.
Those interested in volunteering for the event are asked to meet at the parking lot of the Chamber of Commerce before breaking off to pick up trash, branches, and other waste.
Registration is required and can be found online at sheboygan.org.
As spring weather in Wisconsin is ever-changing, participants are asked to dress accordingly on the day of the event.
