The woman arrested in connection to a shots fired incident early Monday morning is free on bond.
40-year-old Amy E. Duerwaechter was given a $2,000 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and Disorderly Conduct.
Officers were called to the 1600 block of Galax Drive on a report of a woman claiming she was threatened.
However, it was learned that the caller, Duerwaechter, had actually pointed a weapon at another individual and fired it into the air.
While being interviewed by police, Duerwaechter claimed her boyfriend and others were performing “satanic rituals” in the home.
As a part of her bond, Duerwaechter was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to not possess any dangerous weapons.
She is due for her initial appearance on May 5th in Branch 2.
