
The Two Rivers Plan Commission has approved two building projects to move forward.
The commission, the Business Industrial Development Corporation, and the Community Development Authority have also approved plans for a new storage facility for Rush Logistics.
The new 6,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be built in the Woodland Drive Industrial Park this year.
A new building by Growth Garage was also approved to be built on Lincoln Avenue and 33rd Street.
Growth Garage is a business and storage incubator on 34th Street.
The new Sauve Auto Service project is close to being done.
The $1 million project was assisted through a TID grant from the city.
