Charges are now official against the man who fled from Manitowoc Police early Thursday morning.
24-year-old Randy J. Tepiew-Wright was given a $100 cash bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Fleeing an Officer and eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Police reports state Tepiew-Wright was behind the wheel of a vehicle that attempted to avoid a police officer at around 2:00 Thursday morning.
At one point, he allegedly turned off the vehicle’s lights and sped on a downtown road, before parking and fleeing on foot.
He was later located by K9 Riley hiding behind a garage in the 1300 block of South 10th Street.
As a part of his bond, Tepiew-Wright was ordered to have no contact with the three other people in the vehicle at the time, to maintain absolute sobriety, not to possess any controlled substances unless prescribed, and not to operate any motor vehicle.
